Seed Survivor Comes to School! 🌻🌱
Our students had an exciting day when the Seed Survivor trailer came to our school! We learned all about seeds, plants, and fossils through fun, hands-on activities and discovered how plants grow and why they are so important.
One of the highlights was planting our very own sunflower seeds. 🌻 We’re excited to watch them grow!
Students also put their design and problem-solving skills to work as they followed the design process to create models of landscapes designed to prevent erosion. They tested their ideas, made adjustments, and learned how engineers use creativity and teamwork to solve real-world problems.
It was a fantastic day of science, discovery, and hands-on learning!
