Ayden taught us that Russia’s population is over 140 million! That’s more than four times Canada’s population! Ayden also shared that many Russians are superstitious and kids are taught not to smile in school. In Russia a smile is not used to show politeness as is more customary in North America. Smiling is reserved to show a good relationship between people. Ayden also brought in some souvenirs and coins from a local resident. Thank you for sharing!
