Mr. Brian Barkley - traffic reporter
Mr. Barkley read Ribbon Rescue by Robert Munsch. He used to work for radio stations like CJOB. He would drive all over Winnipeg giving people traffic reports. People would call him, text and email him to let him know if there were accidents or traffic jams. One time he got to go see a bear in a tree!


Mr. Shannon Martin -MLA

Mr. Martin read The Peacemaker. He works at the Legislative Building for the government of Manitoba.
Mr. Fred Kelesnik - RRVSD Trustee reads to grade 3 and 4 students.
Mr. Kelesnik came with his grandsons to read to 3-4 classes. He read Don't Eat the Teacher and Nothing Happens on 90th street.

Captain for the Canadian Air Force
Ms. Dreger read Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham and Mister and the Monster. She works for the Canadian Air Force with the planes, parts and fuel. She lives in Morris and her daughter goes to Morris school.

Riley Stevenson - Goalie for the Morris Mavericks
Riley likes to play hockey. He is the best goalie. His team is in playoffs and they are hoping to go to provincials. He read 50 Below Zero and The Best Goalie Ever. Riley is graduating from Morris School this year.
 Eva Kovacs from Global News read to the K-4 students Hero of the Mountain and Firenze's Light. She reports the news. When she was on the news she had to wake up at 2 in the morning. She does short interviews and stories for Better Winnipeg on Global News.
