Festival Du Voyageur

Yesterday we went to Festival Du Voyageur by bus for our field trip. 

First we went on a horse carriage ride. The horses Joe and Ace. They rode us to a soccer field and we played a transportation game. Then Razzle and Dazzle rode us back.

Then we had a little bit of free time. After free time it was lunch and after lunch we went to Fort Gibraltar. We learned about Blacksmithing, Fur trading, Learning about the different foods and when we had to move a gun shot. No one got hurt though! It scared me soooooo much!!!!!!!!!!  I loved the fur trading the best because I got to touch all the furs. My favorite fur was beaver. Now I want a beaver blanket!!

 

Lastly we went to a playground!!! It had a sledding slide, healthy kid’s fun activities and tube slides!!!   

I would LOVE to go again!

 Festival du voyageur              

We saw ice sculptures and one of the ice sculptures was a dove on a hand it was cool. We went on a horse ride and me and Carter we were on the back of the cart and it was bumpy and cool. We went to fort Gibraltar and we went to the black smith and he taught us what a toaster was in the old days. We got to feel furs like beaver, fox, skunk, bison, bear, white fox and deer and they were so so fluffy. My favourite part was going sledding with Carter and it was fun.

Festival du Voyageur

This week at school we got to go in a fort called Gibraltor and on a horse ride. I saw a cross in the forest.  

Me and Dawson heard a gunshot when we were in the fort.  There was a big slide it felt like a luge.

We got to ride a horse 2 times and we played a game called transport packages.

I played Minecraft the whole way there and back.
