Artist in the school

We had the opportunity to hear stories told by Mr. Jamie. We enjoyed how interactive and funny his stories were. We had so much fun and laughed a lot!

Field Trip

In January we got to experience the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. Their music took us through time and through different countries. After the symphony we had a great time exploring the Science Gallery. We played with LEGO, pullies, build your own race cars, mirrors and so much more.

Outdoor Gym

Mrs. Charon took advantage of the milder temps to take the phys. ed. class outside. The teams had fun trying to get the boards to move in synch to slide on the snow. Lots of fun was had trying to race each team.

Our Visit to the Morris Museum

Because of Winn Dixie Hallowen Party

We enjoyed peanut butter sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, pickles, candy and Dump punch while watching the movie Because of Winn Dixie. We explored the themes of friendship, forgiveness, acceptance, sadness and loss in this book that appealed to everyone through the story told by Opal and her scruffy dog Winn Dixie.
