Boats

We made boats with our class. It had to hold ten marbles and still float. Mine did not work for 5 times but on the sixth try it finally worked. It was made out of lego. Water came in but it still floated and it had to move by magnetic force. For mine I had  a magnet in the front  then I attracted it to another magner and it worked on the first  try.

Sledding

We went sledding. We had to do I Love to Read month. We read 240 minutes. Me and Hunter had fun going down the hill together on her toboggan. Then after we got hot chocolate when we came back inside.

Static Electricity Experiment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did an experiment on static electricity. We saw if we could magnetize things and attract them to static electricity. We either had balloon and rub it on our head or we had wool to rub on the comb to create static electricity. We tested lots of different things like brass fasteners, Cheerios, construction paper, cardboard, paper and a lot of other things. Most of the things were attracted!!!!! By: Andrew

Valentine's Day

Valentine's day is a blast. We got free candy and cards from friends. If they're not your friends they don't send you valentines. Valentine's day is cool if it wasn't cool it wouldn't be a holiday.

festival field trip

We went tube sledding and I went ice sledding down an ice hill. It was lots of fun! We went to see a story. It was like a puppet show. It was funny. When we went back someone got sick on the bus. It took a long time to get home. It was lots of fun. I didn't leg wrestle. I could have broken my glasses.

Festival du voyageur

          Festival du voyageur

We went to the festival du voyageur. First we went on the bus to the festival du voyageur. Then we went into groups of two. It was me and Liam then we went to a big big slide!!! It was so fast it was wicked awesome. We went on a big mountain with ropes to get up the mountain. Then we went tube sledding it was fun. Then we went in a big maze then we had a snack then we went on a horse sleigh ride and it was fun. There were snow sculptures. Then we got our faces pianted i got my face pianted a mustache and a goatee. Then we went in a big snow fort for launch then we had a story it was really awesome then we went back!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE FESTIVAL DU VOYAGEUR

When we went to festival du voyageur we took a bus. Me and Aylie sat beside each other. On the bus I felt sick. When we got there we went sledding and climbed a huge hill. We had to go warm up because we were super cold. When we were warming up we had a snack too. So we checked out the other games. One of the games that we played was tug of war and leg wrestling. Then it was time for lunch and we ate at the fort. After lunch we went to a hill. On the hill we went sledding on tubes. Me and Andrew crashed. Then we went back on the bus. Me, Desiree and Natasha sat beside each other.Me and Desiree tried to have a nap.

Festival du Voyageur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Festival du Voyageur. We took a bus there. I brought my dsi. I played Mario Party. It was so much fun.Then me & Stephan had to change into our ski pants while the rest of the class went sledding down a hill. I fell off the horse sleigh because I was trying to help Desiree get up. My favourite part was the storytime. It was about a voyageur and the aboriginal people. We had to make rain sounds.

Festival du Voyageur

We went to the Festival du Voyageur. I beat Jordan in leg wrestling. We are having a rematch. We want sledding. Me and Andrew went into a snow bank. We got on the bus for the ride home. I was sitting with Liam and Bryce. They played on their 3ds. They played Mario Brothers. It was fun!

Winter Activity Day

Winter Activity day was really fun. We went sledding and skating. In between sledding and skating we had hot chocolate and a cookie. They were really good but the hot chocolate was really HOT! I burned my tongue. After skating we had lunch, it was a free hot dog lunch. I had two hot dogs and they were really good. Then we had regular classes and after that all the grade 3-4's went outside for gym for a hour. first we played four corner soccer then we had a scoop and we had to scoop up snow with your team who ever had the tallest mountain won! 
and after we played a game where there was a bear. And he had to tag us! if you got tagged then you had to hold hands with the
bear and you were a bear I LOVE WINTER ACTIVITY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Festival du voyageur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to Festival du Voyageur it was fun. First we got on to the bus and went to Winnipeg! When we got to the festival we split  up into our classes . Once we we got there we went on the sledding hill. And we were allowed anywhere around the hill or close to the hill. Then we went on the big climbing hill then I went in the maze it was fun and cool. We had lots of fun then I forget what else. Then we had lunch . And we went on this tube thing where you get on and you slide down, it was fun. But we had to stop because too many people got hurt so we had to stop. Then we wentand did tug of war and leg wrestling. Ethanbeat me the first 2 times but I came back! Then we went back to the climbing hill and went on it. Then we got onto the bus and got home!
